How do I join the Lorex Installer Network?
To participate in the Lorex Installer Network, you must first sign up to become a Lorex Partner. Once registered, simply complete the application process to join the Lorex Installer Network. We'll then review your application and notify you of your acceptance.
How does the lead generation process work?
When a customer purchases a Lorex security camera or system, they can choose to have it installed by a professional from our network. We'll provide them with a list of suitable leads based on your location and expertise.
What is Lorex's role in the installation process?
Lorex acts as a platform connecting customers with qualified installers. We provide the opportunity for customers to find installers in their area and initiate contact. However, Lorex is not responsible for the quality of the installation or any agreements made between the customer and installer.
