"I would not recommend this overall product to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a wireless system from Lorex. They no longer supply batteries, but it really doesn't matter because they won't last more than two weeks. When I called Customer Service, they walked me through setup at least five times only to come back and tell me it was the batteries. Terrible waste of money."

"Completely charged applied not holding the charge as long as expected. Have a couple of older batteries that still providing the cameras operational with a good charge indicator level all units are exposed to the weather in northern NY . They should be replaced already at Lorex expense"
