Reward Processing Period

How do I start collecting rewards?
Complete the Lorex Partner Program sign-up form to become a Lorex Partner. Once your account is approved, partner pricing will be unlocked and your account will be automatically enrolled in Lorex Partner Rewards so you can start earning points on eligible purchases.
Is this replacing the rebate program?
Yes. Lorex Partner Rewards replaces the previous Gold and Platinum year-end rebate process with a live points-based rewards experience for the 2026 program year.
Do 2026 purchases made before launch count?
Eligible 2026 purchases made before July 1, 2026, may be reviewed and pro-rated into the new rewards model. If those orders are more than 60 days old and have not been returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back, disputed, or deemed ineligible, the related points may be available for redemption at launch or shortly after processing.
What happens to previously issued rebates?
Previously issued rebate rewards remain subject to their original terms and expiration dates.
Who is eligible and how much can I earn?
Approved Lorex Partner Program accounts in good standing are eligible to participate. Partners earn points on eligible net sales through their approved Lorex Partner account, with reward rates based on tier: Silver earns 1% back, Gold earns 2% back, and Platinum earns 3% back.
How is my tier calculated, and can it change?
Your tier is based on eligible net sales through your approved Lorex Partner account over the most recent 12-month period. This rolling 12-month period is updated over time, rather than being limited to a fixed calendar year. Your tier may change as eligible net sales increase or decrease, or if orders are returned, refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise adjusted.
Are points available immediately?
No. Points remain pending for 60 days after the eligible order date to allow time for order validation, payment processing, returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and other eligibility checks. Once the pending period is complete, eligible points may become available for redemption.
How do I use my points and do they expire?
Available points can be redeemed at checkout through your Lorex Partner account. Points expire one year after they are issued, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Expired points cannot be re-added, reinstated, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, and points cannot be transferred, pooled, or consolidated between accounts unless Lorex approves an exception in writing.
What happens if I return an order?
If an order is returned, refunded, cancelled, or charged back, Lorex may reverse points, adjust eligible spend, update tier progress, or make other account adjustments.
Participation in Lorex Partner Rewards is subject to the Lorex Partner Rewards Terms. Points, rewards, tiers, eligible spend, pro-rated rewards, and redemption availability are subject to account eligibility, account standing, order validation, system processing, returns, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud review, and Lorex’s program rules.
Lorex may correct, reverse, delay, cancel, or adjust points, rewards, tiers, balances, eligible spend, pro-rated rewards, or redemption eligibility where required by program rules or applicable law.
Points are promotional only, have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, pooled, consolidated, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Point expiration rules may vary by jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, Lorex may modify, delay, restrict, or apply different expiration rules.
