Auto Unlock not working LK101-AA
"Lorex lk101-AA 2 locks are not working for auto unlock. 1. Auto unlock area entered and left both message i am getting but when my lock still stays locked and I need to use code or key. 2. All IOS STEPS ARE FOLLOWED 3. location is always 4. backgroup app refresh is on 5. blueetooth and local network on 6. cellular data on I have already called last month and also followed all these steps. Even , I have reset and factory reset both and setup completely again and still same issue. What can be done now next? Anyone has success with LK101-AA auto unlock? Also, I already talk to your team one time still same issue."
Lock for my garage
"I placed this lock on my detached garage so I won't have to carry keys when I need to open the door. Appears to be a sturdy construction and installation was easy after having to redrill the hole bigger in my door. The lock requires a 2 1/8th inch hole. Simple programing and use on the Lorex Classic app. Not sure if it transmits a bluetooth signal all the time or only when you use the app. Battery life will reflect this I am sure. It does not come with a gasket or any way to make a seal on the exterior of the door so I used silicone to keep water out. This resulted in a 4 out of 5. So far I like this lock."

"Pass up on this. I had a nest that I had installed. I thought I would upgrade and this is not it. Just buy hardwired cameras from lorex don't purchase this. In addition try to get actual help with troubleshooting and you'll see for yourselves. Again great cameras probably the best but if I could send back and get my money back for this plastic lock I would."
Love my Lorex doorbells and cameras but the lock, not so much.
"Part of my less than good rebiew is my fault. I missed the part that it didn't use WiFi. I was hoping the unlock as you approach feature would work better than it does. My Android phone is up to date but the lock only unlocked part of the time. I read the instructions and changed all the settings in my phone and still worked the same. Also when my phone restarted every night at midnight, the door would unlock. Keypad works as it should. Might work better with an Apple."
Bluetooth Only - No WIFI Connection for Remote Use
"Disappointed that the door lock is Bluetooth only and does not work over WIFI like other devices. You cannot lock/unlock when you are away from home remotely over the internet even through the Lorex app. Like others, I missed catching Bluetooth only! I will keep it and use it with the app but nonetheless unhappy with it! It would be nice for Lorex to note that on the product page so others are aware!"

"I have other Lorex products. They were chosen because they're built for very cold weather and b/c it's a Canadian company. However, in spite of the excellent functionality of the Lorex Classic app, I wish this and all of their products could be integrated into the Apple HomeKit."
