Unable to Connect to the Cirrus App

"I was really looking forward to using these cameras, but unfortunately I haven’t even been able to set them up. The cameras will not connect to the Cirrus app no matter what I try. I’ve followed the instructions, reset the cameras, and attempted the setup multiple times, but the app simply doesn’t recognize or connect to them. It’s very frustrating to buy a security camera system that can’t be used because of app connectivity issues. Until this problem is resolved, I can’t recommend this product. I hope Lorex improves the app and provides a reliable fix."

Not Good Performance

"Camera App gives "ops something went wrong" when I try to view live or replay more often than not. I put a smaller micro SD card of 14GB, thinking a 32 GB SD card may be too big. Issue continues. Camera also goes off line several time and then comes back on line on its own. I installed a WiFi extender as this camera is installed out door in front of my house. , as a probable solution. However I have an indoor WiFi camera that works well. This one is like an owl face. Please help."

Does this camera work with the Lorax classic system?
No, this camera needs to be paired with the L8559 receiver, which is only compatible with the Lorex Cirrus app.
Will this camera work with my existing cameras lnw’s & my lorex app also with my wi fi?

Yes, this camera can record once pair with recorder model L8559, and it is compatible with solar panel model ACSOL1B and ACSOL3.
I enable the siren for motion detection from the app, but there is no siren when motion is detected (only the light came on). The siren can be turn on manually. How to enable siren to come off automatically when motion/person is detected? I have the system with L85591
