With the added terrible customer service provided by Lorex it will be my last time purchasing any product from them. In addition, I will not be recommending any of your products to family or friends."

"The Lorex Camera works well as long as you are subscribed. The Pin to reset does not come with this product and their new addition, the HUB to keep local records, continuously does not record. And, since I use the phone often, their app is unstable. If subscribed, the camera works well. If not, good luck. A waste of money."
