- Person Detection accuracy is compromised when the face and/or body is partially covered.
- Not intended for submersion in water. Installation in a sheltered area is recommended.
- When MicroSD card storage is full the older previously recorded video will automatically be overwritten with the latest recordings. NOTE: There is a limited number of write/re-write cycles rated by the MicroSD card, before performance is reduced.

"This has been a huge waste of my time and money. The camera does not work once wired. I've setup the device prior when it charged on the USB plugin and have had to call Lorex 4 times, call my internet provider to setup a 2. 4 GHz wifi for it, and reset/disconnected/reconnected the thing so many times I've lost count. Lorex support has hung up on me twice while trying to troubleshoot and I'm at my wits end. It's not compicated the setup is straightforward, if the app works at all, and I wired it in as well as wired in a new transformer to get it working so its not a power or internet issue. Buy lorex if you like wasting your time and money. I have nothing but regeret and a headache for choosing lorex."

"I had recently purchased a Lorax doorbell off your web site because it was priced good and I also have 3 different systems on several properties I own. I understand when I bought the doorbell it was opened box but when I opened it up the paint was scratched off the sides and looks like it took a few hits. I'm very disappointed with your wording and your lack of support. I would suggest you change your wording to give customers a heads up your selling previously used equipment. I can say that your door bell is being shipped back and I'll be looking for another"

"I just purchased a Lorex video doorbell 1080p and I really like it. It is very easy to use. I went with the 1080p because I already have 8 Lorex cameras outside that record in 4k. I just wanted a doorbell that didn't charge me $17 a month for cloud service. The only thing I might upgrade is the SD CARD to a 256gb. I also like you can send out up to 6 invitations so other people in the house can use it. If this is going to be your only camera then go for the higher resolution doorbell camera."
