"As of today I am still unable to make the system work. I have everything connected correctly and no matter which Lorex app I use it doesn't recognize it on either my android or iPad. I enter the QR code and it says the device is not recognized. I open any of the apps and my system is not there. I just got ripped off to the tune of $300"

"None stop glitches with the system and warranty supported is a long waste of time. . . months go by and replacements cameras and recorder finally sent, but still the technology is garbage and getting a hold of warranty every time is hours, days, weeks or your time. Was a Lorex customer for my previous two systems, but no more. Disappointed with warranty process and product"

"Lights triggers all the time killing the batteries and the range from base is half the advertised distance. So not happy and it was final sale. Would not buy your product again and happy to spread the word"
