"The image quality and cameras are generally good however, the software interface is problematic. I find it very difficult to program zones of movement and find that many false alarms are triggered. It is a learning curve and things may change if I figure out how to make this work efficiently. It is a little frustrating."

"has not worked right since I bought it Show no disk, sent in warrant paper for a new one haven't heard back. poor company to work with Since this is the second DVR THAT SHOWS NO DISK and i change this first unit wit 3 hard drives all showed no disk then i purchased a brand new one from Lorex , so what happens, your correct when you said NO DISK I think lorex has a problem in there soft ware or yes there was a review stating the same problem"

"Bad product, hard drive failed after 5 months, seagate hard drive unreliable. Not true 1080p HD, once everything is hooked up it’s more like 360p. Incredibly grainy footage"
"Good afternoon, Thank you for follow up. and Happy New Year. I would like to say that I like to support Canadian business and I speak to everyone suggesting that they buy Canadian )Lorex). I have been a user and I have seen many people using your products. Here is few suggestions: 1. It would be a great advantage to your company to have brand store here in Canada. Given that most population is settled in Southern Ontario this would allow customers to just drive to that location and get your product and/or advise (which brings me to a second point). 2. Call centre in third country does not do many favours as the personnel frequently speak limited English and do not fully understand relities of Canadian reality. 3. Having a store locally supported by the call center could maximize the benefits of the knowledge and it would turn many newncustomers (In my opinion) 4. Please do invest in the previous line of small dome cameras. This is a sought after product. Have a great day and New Year."
