How do I sign up to the B2B Site?

You can enroll in the Partner Program by filling out the Lorex Partner Program Sign-Up. Once you submit the form, we will review your application for eligibility. Upon approval, you'll receive confirmation with partnership details and access instructions.

Why can’t I see product prices or add products to my cart?

You must be logged in and a member of the Lorex Partner Program to unlock pricing and create orders.

How do I create orders?

Start with Place an Order and add products to your cart with the quick add order form or view product information and volume discounts. You can also always contact your dedicated account manager for any sales help.

Why do the products have different naming series and what do they mean?

Lorex uses a naming series to simplify product selection and convey tiers effectively. Here's an overview:

IP Series:

Pro Series NVR (IP): Top-tier, 4K Ultra HD NVRs with advanced person/vehicle detection, compatible with Aurora, Nocturnal, and PTZ Series IP Cameras.

Fusion Series NVR (IP): Offers Wi-Fi and wired capabilities, 4K resolution, and Smart Motion Analytics. Works with Aurora, Halo, PTZ, and Fusion Wi-Fi Cameras.

Aurora Series (IP): Unmatched detail, Color Night Vision, and durability, compatible with PRO Series NVRs and Fusion Series NVRs.

Halo Series (IP): Provides 4K resolution, Smart Deterrence, Deterrence Spotlight, Siren, and 2-way Audio, designed for Fusion Series NVRs.

Nocturnal Series (IP): Professional-grade 4K IP cameras, optional Motorized Varifocal lenses, advanced Smart Detection, compatible with PRO Series NVRs.

PTZ (IP): Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras with Color Night Vision and weatherproof design, usable with PRO Series NVRs and Fusion Series NVRs.

Analog Series:

DVR (CVI): HD video recording with smart features, compatible with Analog Series Cameras.

Fusion DVR (CVI): 4K resolution, expandable storage, Person/Vehicle Detection, and smart home compatibility, works with Analog Series Cameras.

Analog Camera (CVI): Wired cameras compatible with Digital Viewing Recorders.

Wi-Fi Fusion Series:

Smart Doorbells, Indoor and Outdoor Wi-Fi Fusion Cameras, and Wi-Fi Floodlights — all compatible with Fusion NVRs.

Is there a warranty?

Products purchased through the Lorex Partner Program (after Nov 1, 2023) come with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Some exclusions apply. Please see 'Warranty Period Exceptions' section for details.

What is the Return Policy

Partners have an extended return policy and can return any product within 60 days of the purchase date, free of cost.

What if I need technical support?

Our technical support team is available Mon-Fri: 10am to 9pm. Lorex Partners also have access to our Priority Technical Support, which provides quick connection with an expert agent that specializes in B2B support and advanced troubleshooting.

How can I cancel an order?

Please reach out to your dedicated account manager for cancellation or contact our customer support line.

Can I return products?

For members of the Partner Program, our refund policy allows for returns within 60 days from the date of purchase. If you are still within that timeframe, you can initiate a return by visiting our Return Portal.

How do I become a Lorex Installer?

Please register as a member of Lorex Partner Program and fill out the application. We will then review your submission and contact you if approved.
