"Thus far the system has been working very well. The hard-wired system on the computer screen is wonderful. The app is good but is a bit testy. The cameras work exceptionally well but the connection line is a bit short, which leaves the connection outside the attic. There is also a second line that I'm unaware of what it is used for. The connection outside makes it easy to change cameras but also easier to steal them. The weather connection is also a plus. I do wish we had a couple Wifi cameras for innocuous positions."

"The website and delivery of product were great. Out of the box 1 of the 3 cameras I bought was causing the NVR to reset when trying to view it via the app. After 4 hours and 3 phone calls I gave up on the warranty process and sent the whole package back. Overall your warranty process needs alot of work and I would start by moving it onshore and having people who understand diagnostics answer the phones. Running off a script may work most of the time but sometimes not. Receiving this email 3 days after the return was approved is telling about the disconnect within your company. Great at selling, not so great with aftercare."

CONNECTION

"My new system not working I have no images. the motion sensor detects people lights turn at the same time. but i got no image. I'm using cat6 wire the longest cable is 128 feet. the shortest is 25 feet. I have tested the cat6 with a total different system that uses cat6 and cable is correct. so I'm not sure what the issues is. I spoke to tech support and sent pictures and still waiting for him. at his point I would like to return everything because I'm no going anywhere with this."
