A great asset to the system
"We have had the Lorex system installed for about 6 weeks and are slowly adapting to it. Our previous camera system has much less of a learning curve and its interface was FAR more intuitive. One issue we faced was incredibly short battery life - such as 10 days. Our home has 20 inch limestone walls which might account for some of the issue - but the previous system was not so affected. By installing these antennas on the cameras with the shortest battery life, we are getting significantly longer battery life."

"I have not installed this antenna. Lorex recommended it for what I am not sure. My router does not have an antenna on it at all, so I cannot put it on the router I already own a wifi extender. I have no real need for this antenna. I hope to return it"

"Works Great, I had a wireless camera that was in a childs playhouse and on opposite side of house with steel siding. signal was bad. After adding omni-directional wireless extender antenna the signal is great."

"Installed a six camera wifi motion detecion system myself. I am not a professional installer, but followed the included directions and found the install to be easy to complete. Four to the six cameras connected easily with the other two requiting antenna booster range extenders due to distance to the recorder. The cost was considerably lower than other area dealers quoted. Would recommend individuals consider making this a DIY project."
