Lorex Home Centre Camera and false alerts

"I see it has a camera but it is of no use as a camera since I cannot see the camera thru the Lorex app. Secondly I noticed there were huge amount of false alerts from my devices once I added the smart home to my Lorex app. As soon as i removed the smart home from Lorex app those false alerts stopped. I am not sure if these false alerts are still getting saved in the smart home itself. I heard I can save screensaver photos using USB but the customer support was unaware of this when I contacted them to transfer photos to home centre Soni am guessing some feature improvements and bug fixes as well as having knowledgeable customer support team is required."

I have a this system and play video stop working for the past few months. Play video works when I'm at home using the same wifi. Is there a setting where I can enable cellular data to view the playback video?
