"This product is extremely disappointing. The camera failed shortly after the warranty expired, which raises serious concerns about its durability and build quality. Customer support was ineffective — the only troubleshooting provided was to unplug, reset, and reconnect the device. When that didn’t work, I was told nothing further could be done. For a security product, this level of reliability and support is unacceptable. A system like this should last significantly longer than one year. I would not recommend this brand and strongly advise others to invest in a more reliable system."

"I like the duel cameras as an idea. As it solves some issues with not having to run double the lines for an installer. But I dont agree these are anything close to 4k. A sold 1080 at most. Yes im running everything at full res, and yes I'm using high quality shielded POE wires. My cellphone camera is at least10x better that is running a true 4k recording. If you are hoping this camera will be able to read car plates keep looking. It does do a great job at 180 view. That is where it stops. I just wish these were sharper. Night vission infrared you will get a decent distance but the image is nearly unusable if you were trying to make out anything other than a tree or objects. Humans are ghoasted or completely white. . . I guess you can say I expected better. I had some other issues with the PVR and dealing with technical support was probably, the worst I have ever experienced. At this point it's hard for me to recommend this product or customer relations on a positive side."
