I opened the box, removed
"I opened the box, removed the DVR and hooked up a camera to test it. When I turned it on, it didn't boot up, and never worked. I called and after a long converstion with multiple long waits, I was told that I could ship it back (LOREX provided an RMA shipping authorization), and told they would send a replacement unit. I'm still waiting for its arrival."

"This is the second box I have gotten from Lorex that has just randomly stopped working. We have not even had this box for a full 6 months yet and it has quit on us. This is the second box! We bought this box because the first one quit on us and now we have no security system."

"Let be honest. . . ALMOST ALL security systems are capable of doing a good job. HOWEVER, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! I bought a new home (to me) and have spend weeks setting up a perfect system for me. In this process LOREX was the THIRD choice but the best. "I received it, installed it and it would only work with the app. It would not work on my 4K TV or monitor. Was on the phone for over 2 hours with the supply team and they couldn't get it to work so I had to return it. Very disappointed since the Sales team told me it was compatible when I ordered it."
