"I’ve purchased several products from Lorex before and have been happy with their quality. However, this particular design includes an extra hole for mounting brackets that is misleading. If you place a screw in that hole and tighten the mount, you won’t be able to properly fit and slide the camera into the bracket. I discovered this the hard way and am unsure why it was designed with such a confusing feature."
