"why would Lorex make 1 way audio cameras? or no audio cameras, website is very confusing, I'm considering returning everthing, all information is there but its all over the place on the website, its not centralized, not all cameras and systems are compatible with each other, there is no way to chat in with someone. the entire selecting process is extremely confusing and fustrating"
