"Not very impressed with the images and cannot adjust the frame rate any higher. Night vision seems to be good but is only black and white. It would be great if they could create an APP that would work. OR at least fix the current one."

So, I'll live with the 2TB and limit my recording camera of which I have 15. I'm not sure what the added fusion WiFi is all about. More to learn."
Hard drive is showing an
"Hard drive is showing an error in health status. We formatted, the lorex nvr power cycled. When it came back up, it had a pop up box that said hdd error. The storage HDD Manager status shows sata-1 "error" for health status."

Q&A
- If you switch Internet services, how do you get this to reconnect to the Lorex Classic app? I have followed all troubleshooting steps including rebooting, the DVR, phone and router. Completely removing the app and reinstalling and remove the device from the app.The DVR is connected to router with ethernet cable. We can view the cameras on our monitor so we know the cameras are working and online. When I scanned the QR code to re-add the device it found the DVR with no problem but then when I selected next, it keeps saying it cannot find device.
