Latency Problems
"Takes forever between when I press the door bell button and when the chime box chimes. I have high speed internet at my home so there is no reason for the 3 sec delay unless that was how it was designed to operate since I have both the original electromechanical chime and the wifi chime box connected."

2k wireless video doorbell no w/T-Mobile
"DO NOT get the wireless video doorbell if you have T-Mobile. Lorex cannot figure out to get them to work on a T-Mobile internet. Lorex said this was also an issue with Starlink, but they say that has been worked out. Poor customer service. Thousands spent on a security system but can’t use a video doorbell with it. There should be a disclaimer on the product on their website, but there isn’t. So hopefully this will help inform before you buy."
