"7/21/26 Sorry to say I've had a great deal of trouble with Lorex. Right now the problem is connecting with wifi. Phone calls did not help. Solving this problem should be a simple one. Perhaps you might end me the easy way to make that connection?"
"We feel safer with Lorex. On the first night we had a thief inside our carport. The second day a woman was seen walking up to our front basement window in broad daylight. And this week a homeless man walked between on the side of the two house. Last night we caught a man car checking the neighbors vehicle. 🚗 I just wish my internet was faster to connect & view my videos."

"Both SD cards work great, it’s your software that isn’t so great, when the cards were at 74% capacity a message popped up asking if I wanted cloud storage and then the next day both cameras went offline, I have to reset them both and reformat the SD cards, everything is now wirking fine"
"Brand new and camera says failed storage format and it doesn’t even work."
"The battery runs down in 2 weeks, not the time the manufacturer suggests. The app does not sync well with the device. The zone function is not effective. Areas that are blanked out still detect motion tho’ not supposed to. I have rebooted, reinstalled and all other tips, but still not functioning well."
