The doorbell worked after getting
"The doorbell worked after getting a replacement, as the original obviously had issues that prevented it from accessing the network, recording, or even ringing the doorbell. Technical Support was very difficult to work with as there was a huge language barrier. I became so frustrated, I simply asked for a refund, which was granted. In the meantime, the replacement doorbell was received. (I did pay for the replacement. ) So I installed it and had no issues and was glad I did not have to contact technical support. I really wish I had not installed a Lorex system as I am having constant connection problems and the system does not do what I want it to do."
The main bracket was missing
"The main bracket was missing in the box and when I raised the issue with Lorex, still yet to hear for the resolution. It’s been more than a week or so now. Can’t install my bell. Very poor customer service"

I purchased my first doorbell
"I purchased my first doorbell cam about 4 years ago. It appears to have some Slight cracks in the lens or either moisture gets in there and affects the vision. It's great I love it no fees So I bought the new to replace it I also wanted to buy a Wi-Fi doorbell cam, but you seem to be out of stock on Them."
These are very good video
"These are very good video doorbells and an important part of my overall system. Had some really bad luck with two getting too hot in the summer months and not working. (There are some reports of possible internal battery failures causing problems which could be the result of an old or malfunctioning house transformer. ) So with a brand new transformer, properly rated and a black Friday sale, I bought (2) more to get my doorbells up and running again. Believe it or not, one of them simply would not connect. Lorex DID replace the doorbell (again) and the replacement immediately connected. So far so good, but the real test will be when the hot summer comes again. I really like Lorex security as a private, no fee system. All other cameras and Fusion box work GREAT with no problems thus far. Lorex DOES stand behind their products but the warranty/replacement process is quite honestly a total nightmare. If anyone has been through it, then you know what I'm talking about. Overall, a good system and highly recommend, especially for rural properties like mine that need a lot of cameras."

- As the W461ASC and B451AJDB‑E‑R are Wi‑Fi cameras, they cannot operate together directly, but both cameras can be viewed remotely through the same application, the Lorex Classic app. Also both can be linked to the same compatible Fusion recorder.
- Does the open box include the chime kit?
