"I was sent a used unit at first and customer service was useless. They finally admitted it was not new and sent me another one. NVR drive is annoyingly loud. Customer service was useless. On top of that the NVR drive is annoyingly loud. Don’t buy this system."

"Camera can't apparently be continuously monitored through a minimized app. I don't know this for sure because Lorex doesn't have a tech support chat or email. You have to call them on the phone during bank hours like it's 1982. Wouldn't have bought this if I knew just how behind the times they are. Sales you can reach by email, no problem. But if you need tech support, you have to take time off work to make a call."

Lorex App Far Better Than Competitors
"Clear 2560x1440 video. I've used these Lorex cameras and a competitors cameras for a few years now. Connecting process of both is similar and always works for me. The Lorex app provides both live and saved (SD card) video to the phone, just like the competitor BUT without requiring a subscription or having the very intrusive ads that the competitor has now. I've disconnected all of the competitors cameras and have replaced them with these Lorex cameras. Much happier now!"

"Failed to state the cameras were out of stock, when purchased from Lorex. The product reps lied twice about delivery times. They came across as annoyed. Apparently, I was not the only buyer following up. The cameras arrived after 40 days. If the cameras were available in all black color, they would be less conspicuous for many indoor settings."

"I bought this camera to compare with my 5 LOREX cameras LNC204 model MCNC200 indoor cam. What I really appreciate is that my old one displays the temperature. When I am on vacation I check it and if there is a problem I can call and ask somewone to fixe the problem. Then I will stay with my old cam."
