If there is not sufficient ambient light, the camera will automatically switch to IR (black and white) night vision. "Basically OK, but extremely aggravating to bring online with Lorex Classic app. Live views are extremely slow to load if they load at all "Something went wrong. Tap to retry. "Easy install and setup with super clear picture and you can adjust the motion settings and time the light stays on for 30seconds up to 15min and you can customize it to ignore animals,people,packages or cars or even set where it will detect animals cars or people even left items it'll detect and notify"
Poor warranty support
"One out of four units failed within four months, with another beginning to show symptoms of the first's decline. Several calls and emails today sending proof of purchase, photos of model and serial numbers, answering more questions, answering the same questions again, etc. Despite what I've invested, Lorex will not send a replacement until I ship back the defective unit. Such a policy would be mediocre at best for a non-critical electronic device, but unacceptable for security. The warranty service process seems deliberately absurd in order to avoid replacement costs. Untrustworthy for security. I will replace with another brand to detach myself from such poor customer support. Save yourself this step and shop elsewhere now."

Great addition to our fleet
"Great addition to our fleet of Lorex cameras! Video is good, IR works great and motion detection is effective. Only issue again is the speed at which the app brings up live or recorded video. Sometimes its almost instant other times not as quick. Again, I have checked my network speeds, signals ect and no issues or lags there."
One failed shortly after warranty ran out
"Bought 2 of these and they work reasonably well. Lights on one of them started flickering during the day when the lights were off. A couple weeks later it was on all the time and flickering as well. Problem started when light was about 14 months old. Contacted support and they were not able to fix or cover under warranty as over 12 months. Bought a new unit and it's working fine after a week, and the video seems better than the older ones. It also doesn't go off-line like the older one still does. Wish Lorex would sell repair parts, or at least a unit without installation HW as replacement."

- My secur360 has a setting to always have a low level of illumination during the night, and brighten up on motion detect. Do you have a product capable of that?
