"Won't connect to my other Lorex device system and I know they are compatible. It keeps asking for a password and the one I use for everything else doesn't work. So I can't set it up or use it except for the light. Impossible to get assistance except by phone during a specific time period."

"The new flood light security camera I just purchased was easier to set up than the first two that I purchased 2 years ago. I was disappointed that one of the two died and that is why I purchased a new one. So a little disappointed that 1 or the 2 I first purchased only lasted 2 years. Also they changed the sensitivity setting, it used to contain alerts for people or annimals and that now has disappeared and there are only sensitivity levels. I like the prior better."
"Camera has decent quality, app is kinda junk. The motion detection for the lights is way to sensitive even on 1. The detection area for the light is unsaveable, you can adjust the area, but are unable to save it so it just reverts back."
"I wanted to love this floodlight camera. Initial setup was easy but it drops off the network all the time. I'm taking it down and shooting it this weekend. It won't connect at all anymore. The floodlights work but you can get those a lot cheaper. Pick another brand. Troubleshooting is a joke. I've spent 2 hours trying to get this reconnected and the little green light you can barely see won't stop flashing."
