So far so good, one

"So far so good, one only thing is that when turned all the way to the left side the camera can have the IR light reflecting into itself turning it blurry when night vision is on, perhaps a wider opening to turn it or centering more the IR light would help. Other than that, the cameras look perfect and have worked great, will update review in a year, have to see how they hold up with the weather and time."

Having previously only ever used

"Having previously only ever used Arlo, I am, so far, delighted with the Lorex system. The only thing that was ever consistent with Arlo, was their monthly subscription charges. This lorex system was incredibly easy to install, set up, and manage. System is stable and I love not having my data stored somewhere else. We could not be happier and will be purchasing a second system for our other home."

Extremely disappointing

"This product is extremely disappointing. The camera failed shortly after the warranty expired, which raises serious concerns about its durability and build quality. Customer support was ineffective — the only troubleshooting provided was to unplug, reset, and reconnect the device. When that didn’t work, I was told nothing further could be done because it was out of warranty. For a security product, this level of reliability and support is unacceptable. A system like this should last significantly longer than one year. I would not recommend this brand and strongly advise others to invest in a more reliable system."

Looks high end and the

"Looks high end and the video is very clear. This was a replacement because the first one was defective and the colors were all off. Going through tech support to get a replacement was a harrowing and frustrating experience. ; but after several phone calls, I finally received a new one which works perfectly."

4K cameras review

"Excellent equipment and I am really enjoying the clear view. Very happy I made the upgrade."

I had to purchase this

"I had to purchase this camera again as my original one stopped working out of no where just after the warranty expired and tech support was not able to get it working again. Bummed the original didnt even last 1. 5 years, hopefully the new one will last longer. . ."

Biased and Unhelpful Tech Support Overshadows a Decent Product

"These cameras were added to our existing NT910 system. Installation was fairly easy — once we ran the wires and hooked everything up, the cameras worked. However, the main concern is the lack of clear instructions on how to use the camera features. The operating system is not user-friendly, and the offshore tech support is not helpful at all. It feels like their main goal is to profile you rather than assist. A very simple question, such as how to disable the motion warning lights, took multiple calls and an unreasonable amount of time to resolve. The company should consider giving their tech support staff a refresher or orientation course in customer service. I strongly believe the support team is judgmental based on your name — if it doesn’t sound Anglo-Saxon, you’re treated differently. That’s disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable."
