The REVIEW CONTEST is sponsored by LOREX TECHNOLOGY INC, 250 Royal Crest Court, Markham, ON L3R 3S1 ("Sponsor").

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on July 8, 2026 and ends 11:59 PM EST on December 7, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Lorex Technology Inc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The contest is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, customers must leave a review (“Review”) for a Lorex product during the Contest Period. To write a Review, customers can submit a Review by clicking the link in the email review request. They can also search for their model on pro.lorex.com, lorex.com or lorex.ca website, open product page and click “Write A Review”.

To be eligible, reviews must comply with the following requirements:

• The product being reviewed must be a Lorex Connect X Series product.
• The Review must be at least 150 characters long, constructive, product-related, and must provide the customer’s opinion on the product features.
• Each Review counts as one entry, but only one Review per product is permitted. Customers may leave Reviews for multiple products, with each product Review counting as a separate entry.
• All Reviews are eligible for the Contest, regardless of the star rating.
• The use of automated devices or methods to enter the Contest is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter this Contest without writing a Review, please send your first and last name, phone number and email address, on a 3.5” x 5” postcard to the following address: LOREX TECHNOLOGY INC, 250 Royal Crest Court, Markham, ON L3R 3S1. Mailed entries must be post marked by the end date of the Contest Period.

The Review collection process is facilitated by third-party platform Yotpo. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Yotpo.

4. Prize

There will be 5 winners in total, one winner per month, selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each winner will receive one (1) LK101-AA Lorex Bluetooth Deadbolt Smart Lock with Touchpad (retail value: $119.99 USD/169.99 CAD each). One prize will be awarded each month for five (5) consecutive months.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected each month during the Contest Period by random draw from among all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period. A total of five (5) monthly draws will be conducted, resulting in five (5) potential winners throughout the Contest Period.

Potential winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided with their review submission.

• To be declared a winner, selected participants must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question administered by Lorex.
• If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) business days of notification, is deemed ineligible, or fails to answer the skill-testing question, an alternate winner may be selected.

Except where prohibited, each potential winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release ("Affidavit") which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If the potential winner is determined not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, cannot be contacted, fails to return the Affidavit within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In that event, an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place at random from among all remaining eligible entries. Prizes will be sent within 30 days of receipt of completed documentation as required.

6. General Conditions

All federal, state/provincial and local taxes on the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of each winner. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries, and disqualify any entrant using any such method. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same account, the authorized holder of the account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules.

7. Limitations Of Liability

Sponsor and Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors, Website users, tampering or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Websites; (iii) injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of the Website; (iv) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network, hardware or software; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; or (vi) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. If, for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Contest, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Contest, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. If, for any reason, the Contest or a drawing is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, or drawings, and select the winner(s) for the Contest or for such drawings, from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

ENTRANTS AND PARTICIPANTS RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, ITS ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS ("RELEASED PARTIES"), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DEATH), ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY OTHERWISE RELATED TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE LOREX PAGES OR WEBSITES, OR FROM THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THESE SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO ENTRANTS. ENTRANTS SHOULD CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received or Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Contest as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, (each a ("Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

8. Choice Of Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in Toronto, Canada.

9. Privacy Notice

By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information, as well as entry reviews and any accompanying photos or videos for the purposes of administering the Contest. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their names and city of residence for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any media or formats including, but not limited to, the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Participants also acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor may use the content of their reviews, including any accompanying photos and videos submitted during the Contest, for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes without further compensation.

Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent. All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Lorex Privacy Notice.

10. Miscellaneous

. All rights reserved. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Entrants agree that the Sponsor’s decisions related to the Contest and all drawings are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in the Contest, the Sponsor may use the winner's name in any manner and in any medium for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant agrees that, by participating in the Contest, the Sponsor may use the entrant's entry Review in any manner and in any medium for our promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
