Terrible customer support not resolving
"Terrible customer support not resolving an open case. Said they would call or email back a resolution to fix the cameras an app issues taking forever to load a live view, correct the time zone issue, solar panel not recharging one of the WiFi camera. I would not recommend buying the WiFi cameras. I had to set up my 5ghz modem to 2. 4ghz so the camera works, which it does not."
Purchased one solar panel to
"Purchased one solar panel to try it out. It worked great so we purchased another. Camera is always at 100% charge."
This solar panel was easy
"This solar panel was easy to set up and it kept the camera battery charged. The reason I got it was to supply continuous power to the camera, so it would enable vehicle detection, but that didn't work. The point of a solar panel is to enable remote cameras that can't be connected to continuous power. If you use this, your camera won't do everything it was advertised to do."
Great improvement
"We never have to change batteries again. What a relief. These solar panels work wonderfully."
Poor quality
"These cameras won't connect to the internet outside the home and only temporarily inside the home. I have to position them directly by my router for them to connect. However, the siren and lights do work inside my home."
Does a great job keeping
"Does a great job keeping the camera charged All day and all night even if it's cloudy I'm sure it'll lose its juices time goes but for right now it's great but it's brand new too"
Very easy & good solar
"Very easy & good solar panel."
Panels were easy to install,
"Panels were easy to install, aren't to bulky, cosmetically they look fine mounted on the home. They do not keep my ring cameras charged. I have them set on the lowest settings and even turned notifications off. Still wake up the next morning to 0% battery life and camera showing offline."
You are the best.

Q&A
- Will this solar panel work for model# L222AB series
- No, it is not compatible with it.
- can the 7 watt panel be connected to 2 cameras at one time or would i need 2 4.5 panels
- No, each camera must be connected to either a 4.5W or 7W panel individually.
- Can this solar panel power 2 cameras located close to each other with field of view pointing in opposite directions?
- No, you can only connect one solar panel to each camera.
- Can the 7kw solar panel power more than one camera
- No, it is only possible to connect one camera to each solar panel.
- What is the difference in the 4.5 W and 7w Solar power panel? For example, does the 7W provide a clearer image or an increased distance of viewing?
- The difference between a 4.5W and a 7W solar panel is charging capacity. The 7W charges the camera faster, but it does not affect image quality or viewing distance.
