"set up is decent and simple. . . first unit would not read the memory card. . . had to buy a new one while the other was being returned for full refund. Tech support service numbers are a maze of waiting on hold with no answers. My rep provided me with a number that resulted in proper diagnosis. Tech support is lacking in its availability and ease of access. . . . . way way lacking."
"We like it a lot. Good quality, feel robust. I just wished I could rotate the camera to the right a bit so it can face my yard more. And we find that shadows tend to confuse the camera. I had to lower the sensitivity to 1. Other than that video quality is good, you can clearly ear and talk through it. Pairing with the app was easy. Instalation had good instruction. I recommend them. Canadian company so another +1."
"The camera already had been given a password, took a bit to figure out a factory reset, then worked ok but the sd card wouldn't record video. . . . i removed it, formatted on my computer and it works now. . . . so all is ok but i didnt expect or appreciate the tech issues encountered."
"The light had an electrical fault and tripped the breaker when installed. Understanding that this was an open box, I would still have expected the product to be confirmed functional before reselling. I have started the return process and fully expect Lorex will refund me, however the potential safety risk associated with this is still concerning."
"This is a follow up to my previous review where I expressed my concerns with an electrical fault with my camera. Lorex fully refunded me on the return and apologized. The process was very easy as they sent me everything I needed to complete the return, and the refund was received promptly. It is this level of service that made me decide to stick with Lorex instead of switching to a different brand. I did however opt to purchase the 2K wifi flood camera instead of the original 1080p. It cost a bit more, so I missed out on the original savings that I had hoped for, but I am satisfied with the end result. This camera has no issues and I am very happy with it. The image quality is excellent and the lighting level is perfect. The notifications available through the app are provided in real time which gives me a high confidence in my ability to monitor activities and ensure security in the location where the camera is installed."

"Install super easy. I have 3 of the flood light security camera models, and they all work great. The only reason i give 4 out of five stars instead of 5, and only one criticism is the camera doesn't swivel at the back of the camera left to right only up and down. but other than that it's an awesome product."
