"It works as a stand alone keypad lock but I couldn’t get it to connect to the app. Called tech support and apparently it’s a know issue that it’s not compatible with newer phones. They could couldn’t tell me if it was going to get resolved or if they had a new product that I could replace it with. So I asked for a call back from someone in that department. Haven’t heard from anybody. Sent an email regarding this. Still no answer. Waited my time. It’s going in the garbage"
"The lock works as a stand alone door lock. I can program the codes to open the door. I am unable to get the lock to sync with my app. I tried to contact Lorex to ask for help, but I cannot get anyone to reply to my emails, and I cannot find a phone number for support. I have read the troubleshooting guide and looked through their website. I am frustrated with this lock."
"NOT VERY ADAPTABLE. BIGGEST DRAWBACK IS, THERE IS NO REMOTE APP CONNECTIVITY. WE INSTALLED 3 UNITS IN AN AIRBNB THINKING WE CAN REMOTELY CONTROL THE LOCKS. BUT YOU HAVE TO BE NEXT TO THE DOOR TO DO ANYTHING. I EVEN HAD TO DRIVE BACK DURING MY LUNCH TIME TO ASSIST THE GUESTS. DO NOT RECCOMENED BUYING."
