"The lock works as a stand alone door lock. I can program the codes to open the door. I am unable to get the lock to sync with my app. I tried to contact Lorex to ask for help, but I cannot get anyone to reply to my emails, and I cannot find a phone number for support. I have read the troubleshooting guide and looked through their website. I am frustrated with this lock."
"NOT VERY ADAPTABLE. BIGGEST DRAWBACK IS, THERE IS NO REMOTE APP CONNECTIVITY. WE INSTALLED 3 UNITS IN AN AIRBNB THINKING WE CAN REMOTELY CONTROL THE LOCKS. BUT YOU HAVE TO BE NEXT TO THE DOOR TO DO ANYTHING. I EVEN HAD TO DRIVE BACK DURING MY LUNCH TIME TO ASSIST THE GUESTS. DO NOT RECCOMENED BUYING."
