"The adapters I ordered are faulty. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with customer service(explaining to 4 different people) they said they would send replacements but I have not received yet. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with."

"The original power adapter was only 2 amps and I think was too weak for the DVR. Now the replacements are 3 amps and seem to be of better construction. This fixed my DVR and put it back in service. But the cost was twice what it should have been."
"Don't buy from this company. Ultra poor customer service. Ordered power pack replacement. One month later, still wasn't shipped. Called customer service (in Columbia) told to call back in 2 days. Asked for refund and told it would take 10-14 days. Recommend buying security cameras from a different company. Worse customer support in have ever experienced !!!!!!!"
