Unreliable Camera With Frequent Disconnections and
"I’m very disappointed with this Lorex camera. The camera frequently disconnects from the NVR, randomly changes its zoom/position, and the video quality has become very poor and distorted at times. I have checked the Ethernet/PoE connection, wiring, NVR settings, and other possible causes, but the problems continue. For a security camera at this price point, I expected much better reliability. I contacted Lorex support and requested a warranty replacement. Their support team has been working with me, but having a security camera repeatedly go offline is a major concern because reliability is the most important part of a surveillance system. I hope the replacement solves the issue, but based on my experience with this camera so far, I cannot recommend it for anyone who needs dependable 24/7 security."
