"We currently have an older Lorex 8 camera system and it has been working for 10 years. It has its flaws but all in all it is a pretty good system. This is why we chose to go with Lorex for our additional system. This new system (still 4k) has the worst zoom I have ever seen. You can not make out people that are 30' away. My Blink system is 10 times better. Very disappointed in the quality for the price."
"So far so good. The colour image clarity and sound oh my we just had to figure out how to turn the sound on for recordings, it was defaulted to live only. Would have liked a quick start guide as well was a little bit of fumbling but we figured it out."
"We installed this system for a job and it's been excellent. The dual-lens turret cameras give a huge field of view with sharp 4K detail, and the 16-channel NVR makes it easy to scale coverage for the site. Setup was straightforward and the footage quality has been consistently clear, even at night. What really stood out was the support from Diana Ferreira. She's quick to respond, knows the product line inside and out, and always points us to the right configuration for the job. As a Lorex installer, that kind of support is a big reason we continue to recommend Lorex to our customers.
