I think the Lorax company
"I think the Lorax company should really concentrate on their customer service. I expressly stated that I was visually impaired, and I needed to talk through my purchase with a representative. Re-stating that I was visually impaired. I talked about if I was receiving everything I needed to get the system up and running and I was told yes. I do not have the ability to read on the website on my own, so I asked the representative to clarify and again he stated that my system came with everything I needed. when I received the equipment, there were no cables in the box. I had hired a company to come out and install my cameras for me and since there were no cables in the box, I could not get the cameras installed, but I still had to pay my crew for coming out. at this point, Lorax is now cost me $300. I didn't need to spend. I then called the company to inquire about the missing cables and they told me that no cables came with that system when I explained what it happened. They told me there's nothing they could do for me. We went round and round and they still said there was nothing they could do for me. I was then forced to buy cables from your company at a separate charge and since the total bill was under X amount of dollars I had to pay for shipping. I was within two dollars of having the appropriate amount for free shipping and they would not work with me. so I was required to not only buy the cables, but then pay for shipping as well. I had to reschedule the crew to come out and install the cameras which then again cost me more money. When a company makes an error, they should own up to it and take care of the customer. and one step further, even if the customer made an error, the company should work with that customer to make them happy. your company did neither. My first Lorax camera purchase of eight or 10 years ago never worked well. Two of my eight cameras never showed me a nighttime picture. When I called to discuss this, they told me I would need to purchase better cables and it would cost me more and they would charge me to send them to me. When preparing to buy my new system, all indications were that the Lorax company had changed and their camera and customer service were much better. i'm still working on setting up the system to see if the cameras are any better but your Customer Service still stinks. for $90 you could've had a very happy customer and for $2. 80 you could've had a satisfied customer $90 being the cost of the cables and $2. 80 was how short I was on getting free delivery. If your company is willing to work with me, I will hold off on Registering complaints with a Better Business Bureau. I have invested twice with your company and expect better customer service. if I receive no communication, I will continue to fill out the consumer reports referral and I will also go out of my way to tell people never buy a Lorax system. I hope to hear from your company with a resolution to this problem."
