"I have recently installed a 8 camera system and the cameras are working well. My only complaint is that there was no installation instructions or user guide with the camera system. The installation was straight forward but I have not set up the phone remote access yet nor explored accessing or reviewing recordings yet."
"As my title states, the product works great once it gets going. Now customer service need tons of improvement. Over 8 hours of calling in, transfers and what feel like purposeful hang ups. I was finally able to speak to what I think was a manager and he was able to get my system going easily. Everyone else terrible. Again the system is great but how great can your products be if you customer service is terrible."
"I'm not surprised to receive a review request about the NVR-2TB and not about the Bullet X5 camera NVR is good, setup is intuitive and it seems to be well designed & built. However the X5 Bullet camera lacks focus and details, I can't read stationary license plate! it relies heavily on the built in AI which would give you an overall good quality picture/video, although the pigtail could be re-designed to require a 1/4" hole through the wall instead of 1"+ !! that's 4 times as much!"

"Don't count on technical support to help you with anything. They restrict technical support to over-the-phone only, and then when you call you proceed to get hard-blocked by their AI that can't understand anything you say and just talks in circles over and over and over until you give up. Another company ruining their reputation with bad AI implementation."
