This Lorex 4K+ security system offers exceptional picture quality with its 12MP image sensors, providing 50% more pixels than 4K. Customers appreciate the enhanced Color Night Vision for better visibility in low light. The system is praised for its ease of installation and excellent notifications, though opinions on the app are mixed.

"Good advice from Sales for purchase; package received as promised. Still new to the system for setting up the cameras as per instructions and learn how to use the NVR features(so many); easy, friendly to work with. Customer Service Agent very helpful when called to update/upgrade cameras software. Phone app works great. Clear video/picture through cameras; wide viewing angle. Installed the NVR vertical ,on the wall and ,so far, the hardware /HDD is running well. April 2026 purchase."
"Upgrade from a broken NVR after 6 years 24/7 running. Easy to install and setup. Cameras have very good quality videos. Detection between person and animals work good. New cameras are awesome. Viewing on Lorex home app easy to setup."
"I am extremely disappointed in the fusion nvr N910A62, after getting my system installed I decided to add a couple ptz cameras. After alot of research and a couple calls to customer service I found out that fusion recorders do not have any ptz cameras available except one wifi version that is wall mount only. It seems as though you gear your specialty cameras to businesses only and not residential housing. I wish I would have done more research before purchasing my system. Do not buy the N910A62 if you have any plans on upgrading or actually using cameras with zoom or ptz capabilities. All that said the H30 bullet cameras do have a nice picture and very user friendly. Just the NVR doesnt really leave me any options to upgrade. Then if i were to get a different nvr my current cameras wouldnt be compatible."
"Very unhappy for a couple of reasons. These cameras do not honor your boundary settings. I have changed the settings in the app and on the NVR. I want it to alert me when someone is one my lawn. Not when they are on the sidewalk. I changed it so it would do just that. But guess what? I get 10 billion alerts a day when kids are walking by in the side walk. The camera is also extremely hard to position as it doesn’t rotate on a full swivel. And if you do finally reach a position you like. You have to watch your phone, hold it in place with one hand. And tighten the screw with the other. I wish I had picked another model and spent a ton on these."
"This is the 4th Lorex POE camera system we've bought. We had one system each at our former office and house. We liked them so much that I installed a system for my sister in law too. We recently moved to a new home in a different state and bought a Fusion system for the new house. The installation and setup is easy, we love the Smart Detection feature and the app. has always been reliable. We wouldn't buy anything other than Lorex for home surveillance and security."
"So far, incredibly pleased. I came from Arlo, I worked at Arlo for many years. As much as I was pleased with the hardware, I was tired of battery swaps and changing / increasing subscriptions (not to mention no real cutting edge new products). I was paying nearly $40/month and just didn't see the value. They became a subscription company. I went with a POE solution from Lorex. Took forever to get my attic wired (house design, not Lorex problem), but up and running for 2 weeks with 7 cams and I'm delighted. Everything stored locally, no subs, no batteries, 4k cams, everything recorded (not just events)--it's great! Was it cheap, no, not at all. But using my Arlo subscription amount, payoff in 3 years, but even then, that's not fair as you still need to pay for Arlo hardware, plus batteries and solar panels--so minus the up front expense, I'm totally cool with this change and cheaper than Arlo. This was a change I should have made long ago. The price ain't cheap, but I'm totally satisfied with the purchase. I'd like one more camera (hey Lorex, I'm giving a great, honest review, send me one for free, lol), and I still need a doorbell solution, but so far, quite good."
"I upgraded my old system and I'm super happy with this new one. The video is super clear, the zoom is great, I highly recommend it. I forgot to mention the price is excellent."
"Cameras are running well. However in my case, power plug exposed due to drilled passthru hole not very close to camera. The cam has power plug. People may not use it and it maybe exposed. Why Lorex doesn't include its cap?"
"The camera system is very good. The problem is the monitoring system Lorex Classic application. The application allows only one device to be logged in at time. There are multiple people in my household, which logs me out on my device when someone else logs in. It is aggravating to have to log back into the app every time I want to view the cameras."
