"Have installed 13 cameras on our storage business and residential home, shop, and carports. The new video system accomodates 18 cameras, so when completed will provide excellent security along with our lighting system, back up bateries, all hard wired in. Excellent products"
"My Lorex system is a NVR/DVR from 5 years ago. I have some legacy IP cams that are 10 years old and occasionally those fail (10 years is a long life. I've been replacing these with the newer Lorax cameras from time to time. I bought this camera not knowing if it would work with my legacy 4K Lorex DVR system. However, it works great. Resolution is fantastic. With my DVR I can't enjoy all of the features of this camera because it is made for the newer class Lorex DVRs that have more options. However, well worth the money and a great add-on to my old legacy 4K IP Cabled ultra DVR 16 camera system."
"Overall, the quality of the cameras is good. The functions for setting up the zones, motion triggers, and other parts of the software are not easy to understand. What gets set on the NVR doesn't translate well to the app. I would give the cameras a 5 and the setup of the software a 2."

"Lorex cameras are very good, durable, reliable cameras that are very easy to install/program. The only issue I encountered was that I tried to use my existing cat5e cable and there were technical problems with 40 of my bullet cameras. I recommend that Lorex include cat5e cabling with all their camera packages."
