"I’m really having second thoughts about this purchase. This is a replacement for the one that just stopped working after about 2 1/2 years of service. I wish the old one could be repaired. Can’t find any service document anywhere online. But I haven’t given up on it. There is no image. Lorex will not help me with the repair."

Absolutely the best camera.
"BEAST of a camera! I've installed five of these so far, and the image quality and PTZ capabilities are awesome. I can read a license plate over 180 feet away in the dark. The AutoTracking feature is a pain in the rear to set up - LOREX please look into this. Can only be programmed from the NVR, and I have to follow step-by-step through the manual to get it every time."

"Best quality picture recording I have seen so far. Very clear picture and zoom is unbelievable. I just wish it had a little bit wider view. Haven't had a chance to get it set up correctly yet. So far I love it other than the viewing angle and for most it might not cause any issues because of mounting distance. It is also very heavy duty and very easy to mount."
