- Not intended for submersion in water. Installation in a sheltered area recommended.

"It is a well built, sturdy camera. I have installed dozens in businesses around our town. The software is finnicky and connecting to the NVR is hit and miss. We wish Lorex would hire better programmers. No information from Lorex for installing in remote sites using antennas. Through extensive testing, we have found that the cameras can run on either 12v or 48v. Which wires the electricity flows through is important. Spec sheets are poorly written."
